Every other project on this site was delivered for someone else, inside their constraints. TEFL Trainer is the one where the constraints were hers, and it ran for years.

Curriculum design and learning architecture first, then production of more than a hundred instructional videos and resources, then blended programme design combining self-paced and live delivery.
Alongside that, the parts that are not instructional design: negotiating accreditation, building university partnerships with Coventry, Bristol, Aberdeen, Nottingham and Manchester, and running the platform commercially.
