What made this content difficult?

Complex and regulated financial concepts had to be made understandable and engaging for very different audiences, from younger users learning about financial products to adults making investment decisions, and the whole thing had to work in four languages.

How was it structured?

Julia Mattey wrote and structured the gamified questions, lessons and interactive learning content, applying instructional design and gamification principles, then proofread and localised the experience across English, French, Spanish and German.

What was the outcome?

A coherent multilingual learning experience that made financial education more accessible and engaging while remaining appropriate to the European regulatory context.

FAQ

About this project.

Can Julia Mattey deliver learning content in more than one language?

Yes. The Neuro Profiler financial literacy programme was structured and localised across English, French, Spanish and German, built to remain appropriate under EU regulatory requirements.

How is regulated financial content handled in e-learning?

The constraint shapes the structure. Content aimed at consumers making financial decisions has to stay accurate under EU banking legislation in every language it ships in, which means localisation cannot be an afterthought applied to finished modules.

Same problem, different product?

If your training is expensive to maintain, slow to update, or not landing with the people it is for, I can usually tell you fairly quickly whether that is a content problem, a platform problem or a process problem.
